A light-medium roast that makes for a friendly and inviting cup of sweet goodness. The medium-bodied cup reminds us of sweet citrus and mandarin oranges. These fruited notes are balanced with warm cocoa notes that remind us of cacao nibs. 

The Rainforest Alliance certified La Bastilla Coffee Estate is located in the Northeastern region of Jinotega. Beyond coffee, Finca La Bastilla has invested into creating avenues for growth and sustainable lifestyles for its people through education at its boarding school and on-the-job training for students. La Bastilla also prioritizes environmental conservation by using river water and treating contaminated water with bio-digesters. This treatment process produces methane gas, which is then channeled to the kitchen to be used for cooking.
