The beloved offering blends an award winning lot from Juan Puerta ( Quindío, Colombia) and a sweet natural from the Mara Madeira family (Sul de Minas, Brazil). 

Juan's innovative Osmotic Dehydration process takes harvested Castillo cherries and leverages the aromatic components of black berries, rosemary, and cardamom.
This unique process finds wonderful synergy as it blends with a delightfully sweet Catigua from the Mara Madeira family.
