Bekele Kechara, a COE placing producer, brings us a delightful honey processed landrace that strikes a wonderfully balanced cup. Bright blackberry notes mellow into sweet plums and a lingering jammy mouthfeel.

Cherries arrive from Bekele’s Murago farm as well as collection sites in Murago and Danche. With his eldest son Belaye managing the drying operations, the cherries arrive to Murago where they are floated, processed, and slow dried for 20-30 days.
