Sunlight is one of our Signature blends that features two powerhouse coffee producing countries: Brazil and Ethiopia. This curated blend brings together wonderful dark berries/fruits with chocolates -- a combination that is highly enjoyable by itself while also working well in milk. We took a beautifully bright Ethiopian single estate Heirloom varietal, full of berry like notes, and mellowed its acidity with a toning blend of nutty chocolates from a single estate Yellow Catuai from Brazil. 

This blend is composed of a certified Organic farm in Ethiopia and from a producer awarded as the Most Sustainable Coffee Farm in Brazil.
